About this role

POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Product Engineer – Factory Integration is responsible for supporting the successful industrialization, implementation, and continuous improvement of Hyva products within the Czech manufacturing facility. The position serves as the primary technical interface between the Netherlands R&D team and the Czech factory , one of the largest manufacturers of heavy-duty equipment in the region. The role ensures that product designs can be manufactured efficiently, that Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) are implemented correctly, and that manufacturing feedback is incorporated into future product development.
