About this role
As a Field Support Representative (FSR) for Italy , you will work closely with our Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support teams to develop strategies that help maintain and grow customer relationships through education, training, and other customer-centric activities. You will install, onboard, and train veterinary clinic teams on the effective use of IDEXX products and services, while identifying additional customer needs and recommending solutions that help improve their workflows and patient care.
