JOB SUMMARY The position will responsible for maintaining customers and prospects through multiple channels including voice, fax, email, web and chat. Partner with other teams to leverage the strengths of the IDEXX portfolio, promotional offerings and a targeted sales approach to drive profitable revenue and customer satisfaction. Identify and generate demand among customers while maintaining effective customer relationships over time. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prioritize and make calls to prospects and existing customers. Maintain contact database with accurate profiles, notes and opportunity information. Coordinate sales opportunities that span multiple IDEXX products involving multiple IDEXX sales representatives.…
