About this role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Manager) to join our Auckland-based engineering team. This is a genuinely hybrid role— you’ll split your time roughly 50/50 between hands-on technical delivery and leading your squad. Unlike a pure management role, you’ll remain a practising engineer: building and reviewing code, shaping architecture, and setting the technical bar for your team. IDEXX continues to make significant strategic investment in Veterinary Software, with a clear ambition to deliver the first fully integrated vertical SaaS platform for Animal Health.
