About this role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive partner acquisition and scale affiliate performance across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, optimizing traffic sources, and delivering sustainable growth within the iGaming vertical.
Role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation support is provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models
- Lead commercial discussions, define partnership terms, and manage affiliate budgets, including commissions and payouts
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI
