IGAMINGHUNT is a dynamic consulting company focused on high-risk industry, primarily iGaming.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead who combines strong hands-on recruitment expertise with proven leadership skills and a structured, results-driven approach.
The position can be remote or on-site in one of the two locations - Valencia, Spain or Limassol, Cyprus.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles and seniority levels
- 2+ years in a leadership role, managing high-volume hiring and diverse role types, ideally across different business functions
- Previous experience in iGaming / gambling or other high-growth, fast-paced industries…
