Collections Analyst II

Job Summary The Collections Analyst II manages an accounts receivable portfolio of Commercial & Industrial natural gas and electricity supply customers. This role works to resolve delinquent customer balances and collaborates with internal and external partners to verify compliance with company policies while reducing bad debt and protecting the company from negative financial exposure. The position supports both pre- and post-payment collections activity across a wide range of businesses, markets, and billing arrangements, and the analyst is expected to recommend appropriate actions based on company policies.
