About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du begleitest unsere Spezialisten*innen bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit und bekommst vielfältige und spannende Aufgaben zugeteilt. Du bist du für die Planung und die Konfiguration von IT-Systemen verantwortlich. Dazu gehören das Installieren und Einrichten von Hardwarekomponenten, Betriebssystemen und Netzwerken entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen. Bei auftretenden Störungen bist Du mit modernen Diagnosesystemen zur Stelle und hilfst den Nutzer*innen bei Anwendungsproblemen. Im ersten Ausbildungsjahr durchläufst du alle sechs Teams der Abteilung Enterprise IT Services – hier lernst du von den Besten und kannst dein Wissen immer weiter ausbauen und vertiefen.…
