About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du baust die Marketingfunktion von indasys von Grund auf auf – Strategie, Strukturen, Prozesse, Budget – und berichtest direkt an den Vorstand (CEO). Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Geschäftsleitung unsere Go-to-Market-Strategie: Zielgruppen und Personas, Positionierung, Kanalstrategie (Inbound/Outbound, Digital, Events, Partner). Du schärfst unsere Positionierung als Managed Services Provider und machst unsere Servicepakete am Markt sichtbar – auf der Website, in Kampagnen und im Content. Du baust strukturierte Leadgenerierung auf: Lead-Funnels in unserem zukünftigen CRM, Marketing-Automation und messbare Pipeline-Beiträge für den Vertrieb.
