In this role, you will drive yield, quality, and process improvements at subcontractors, lead critical technical projects, and contribute to the successful launch of next-generation semiconductor products. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage day-to-day technical operations at assembly subcontractors, focusing on yield, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery. Drive assembly process and performance improvements while monitoring subcontractor KPIs against defined targets.
