Cashier Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage daily cash collections, payments, and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Process payments in a timely manner in accordance with the company’s payment policies and payment schedule. Maintain and update daily bank books, collect bank statements and payment slips promptly, and submit supporting documents to the AP Accountant for accounting entries. Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis. Handle monthly closing and reporting such as preparing accrual list, liquid forecast, and other reports upon management requirements.
