Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Operations Maintenance Manage daily O&M of M&E systems including chillers, AHUs, pumps, switchboards, generators, lighting, fire protection, and BMS Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend asset life. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for M&E faults. Monitor energy usage and drive initiatives for cost and energy optimization. Ensure compliance with SS, CP, MOM, SCDF, and other statutory codes and safety standards. Project Management Manage M&E projects from design coordination through commissioning and handover.
