We are hiring an Entry level Engineer to support a semiconductor Assembly & Final Test factory. This role focuses on CAD design packages, tool utility connections, and hands-on equipment support for production tools such as wire bonders, die attach systems, dicing saws, seal/lid seal equipment, IC handlers, wafer probers, automated test equipment (ATE), and burn-in ovens/boards.
