About this role
The student will be involved in exploring and designing Agentic AI solutions to support Fab Key Users in incident troubleshooting and resolution. This includes applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) techniques and tools to enhance automated troubleshooting through Large Language Models (LLMs) that interact with self-defined knowledge repositories, create and maintain integrated knowledge bases with up-to-date information, and leverage real-time data together with historical incident resolutions to improve troubleshooting effectiveness. The solution will provide users with detailed symptom analysis and recommended resolutions while escalating complex issues to human support when necessary.…
