About this role

We are seeking an experienced Silicon System Validation Leader to lead the validation strategy, execution, and team development for a portfolio of advanced Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs), including multiphase controllers, DrMOS/power stages, point-of-load (POL) regulators, integrated power modules, and digital power solutions . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 validation engineers and technicians , ensuring comprehensive silicon and system-level validation from first silicon through production release.
