Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Shape subcontractors’ quality culture and mindset in line with IFX standards; train and deploy IFX quality management practices. Integrate internal/external resources to build robust quality processes and process capability for developing and manufacturing automotive-grade products. Collaborate with development/engineering teams through APQP, support project milestone and production readiness reviews, and maintain control via IQC, IPQC, OQC, and reliability processes.
