About this role
We are seeking an experienced ATE Test Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in semiconductor test development for SoC, RF, IoT, and connectivity products . The role involves owning end-to-end ATE test solutions, including silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, yield improvement, and product qualification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX/UltraFLEX Plus or Advantest V93K platforms , strong knowledge of DFT, mixed-signal and RF testing , and proven ability to collaborate across design, product engineering, and test teams to deliver robust, high-quality manufacturing solutions.…
