Principal Engineer System Application Engineering Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Reference and Evaluation Hardware Design Architect and design, component selection and schematic capture of MCU based robust motor drive hardware, PFC, high-power inverters(MOSFET/IGBT/GaN/SiC), gate drivers, sensing circuitry (current,voltage, position), etc. PCB Layout using tools such as Cadence Allegro(Preferred) or Altium Designer Board Bring-Up & Hardware Testing Lead prototype bring-up, system bench testing, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis of the system. Motor Control System Validation Integrate hardware boards with motor control firmware and physical motors (BLDC and PMSM) on dynamo meter test benches. Work with FW engineers to validate total system dynamics.…
