Senior R&D project leader Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Design power modules (IGBT/SiC MOSFET) according to customer specifications. Work together with experts in marketing and products definition & application to provide highly competitive solutions in shortest possible time. Define and perform electrical characterization of power modules. Generate product datasheets and test specifications. Review and release product datasheets and test specifications. Project management: Build a strong international project team. Make project plan according to customer requirements and proactively steer the project execution with good risk management.
