About this role
As a Senior Staff Engineer DFT, you will be responsible for leading the self-driven implementation of DFT circuitry for advanced microcontroller products and contributing to the overall DFT methodology. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead the self-driven implementation of the DFT circuitry for highly complex microcontroller products. Implement and optimize Scan insertion, ATPG, LBIST, and MBIST architectures. Verify the DFT implementation and ensure timely Test pattern delivery for volume production testing. Support Silicon bring-up activities to guarantee the highest stability of the test patterns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall microcontroller DFT methodology.…
