About this role
Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence. Drive the implementation of IE standard and KPIs and the actual improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M) and Area(A) Efficiencies. Drive the implementation of Standard Production Management system and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment/Site. Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at BE segment/site, which should includes the execution of current year defined measures and to secure mid/long-term productivity pipelines. Drive the the implementation of Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.…
