Drive Melaka WFM optimization and through WFM Automation Tools execution contribute to Productivity and Speed which ultimately contribute to department and Melaka site targets. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Support, provide technical leadership, prioritize activities to support Operational WFM deviation analysis/ drive Operation execution through lot scheduling and dispatch performance with commendable problem-solving approach, effective communication, negotiation skills with HPB guiding principles.
