About this role
This is a senior engineering position primarily supporting Test Technology Innovation projects for the Digital Mixed Signal/Memory Portfolio team at our Bangkok locations. Secondary responsibilities include third level support of wafer test Unit Process Engineering. As an individual contributor, very strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, test or production engineering related to wafer test is required. The ability to identify and resolve probe card related problems with minimal guidance is key. Work and lead cross functional teams as required. Will be required to interact and communicate with all relevant internal partners from Business Divisions/Product Lines, Operations, Design, Test Technology Innovation and Quality Management and external test hardware vendors.…
