Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Inbound & Outbound Customs Clearance Manage and coordinate customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land) Prepare, review, and control import/export documents Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customs authorities Monitor shipment status and clearance timelines to ensure on-time delivery Resolve clearance issues to minimize delays, demurrage, or penalties Ensure full compliance with customs laws and company logistics procedures Billing Documents & Cost Control Prepare, verify, and submit billing documents related to logistics and customs activities Coordinate with internal finance/accounting teams for Freight charges, Clearance fees , Duty & tax payment Ensure accuracy and compl…
