About this role
Perform sustaining equipment performance and continuous improvement for best results. Key responsibilities in your new role Analysis, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE,UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.). Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical &electronics, sensor & pneumatic, PLC, etc. and Performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment. Overseeing the production of equipment, provide & maintain documentation for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. Define critical parts life span and consumption based on part function knowledge & material behavior, evaluation, OEM reference, etc. Creation and review of Machinery and Maintenance FMEA.…
