Drive planned maintenance to ensure laser marking and pick & place equipment safe to operate with high availability, good reliability &appropriate quality performance for SMT line. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for overall defined equipment execution of equipment/tooling scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively. Lead a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions. Establish/enhance setup, conversion & troubleshooting guide to ensure all defined equipment have reliable machine uptime. Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.…
