Staff Engineer SMT Expert Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Act as a trusted SMT technical expert for customers and contract manufacturers, providing hands-on support for PCB assembly and manufacturing challenges. Conduct customer visits to assess SMT processes, troubleshoot soldering and assembly issues, and identify process optimization opportunities. Provide technical guidance on stencil design, solder paste, reflow profiles, PCB pad design, package solderability, and board assembly. Support the introduction of new semiconductor packages and technologies, developing practical assembly guidelines and recommendations.
