Join our team to work on cutting-edge SoC products, develop production test solutions, and drive yield optimization using advanced ATE platforms. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Develop and execute test plans for SoC devices in collaboration with Design and Product Engineering teams. • Implement, debug, and release production test programs on Advantest V93K SMT8 ATE platforms. • Perform AC/DC, mixed-signal, and bench testing to validate product functionality and performance. • Analyze test data using statistical tools and methodologies (GR&R, CPK) to drive quality improvements. • Optimize test coverage, yield, and test time to meet manufacturing objectives. • Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and support yield improvement initiatives.…
