About this role

The Staff Engineer Test Technology & Solutions is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing test technologies and automated test solutions for semiconductor products throughout the product lifecycle. The role drives product characterization, test development, hardware design, and production test strategies to ensure products meet performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
