Staff Product Application Engineer for AI Datacenter Your role In this role, you will join Infineon’s advanced high-voltage industrial and consumer discrete power semiconductor team, where you will deepen your expertise in the technologies shaping the Future of Powering AI. You will focus on technical Go-to-Market (G2M) activities for wide-bandgap devices, particularly Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs and SiC JFETs, as well as state of the art Silicon Superjunction MOSFETs. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will deliver expert product-level design-in support and 3rd-level technical assistance for high-efficiency, high-power-density solutions in AI server rack power supplies, battery backup systems, peak shaving units and other demanding AI-driven applications.…
