Managing logistics service providers and optimizing shipping operations. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Execute daily import and export administration and control activities. Manage and monitor the transit time performance of freight forwarders and transporters. Handle freight forwarder management and insurance claims. Plan, monitor, and ensure smooth shipment movements, efficient logistics flow, and timely deliveries. Manage continuous improvement projects with freight forwarders and transporters. Assist the Customs Officer (CO) and ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements.
