Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue. Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment. Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.
