About this role

ITSM Consultant We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments. In this role, you will bridge cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable cloud provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, seamless API integrations, and optimal configuration of ServiceNow workflows. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking layers across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Automate continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud resource provisioning workflows.…
