About this role

Artificial Intelligence is changing how ING delivers, operates, and continuously improves products. As Tech Lead for Agentic Product Operations & Reliability, you will build and lead the engineering capability responsible for running ING's next generation of agentic products at scale. You will establish the Run organization for Agentic Products, ensuring AI-powered products are reliable, observable, compliant, secure, and continuously improving in production. Working at the intersection of AI, platform engineering, operations, and product delivery, you will help define how ING operates agentic systems across countries and business domains for years to come.
