POSITION SUMMARY: Focuses on generating candidates for specific positions while further developing the assessment skills used in matching candidates to clients criteria and offerings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sources, screens, and qualifies candidates based on fundamental criteria for Search and Consulting priority searches along with additional retained and contingency searches. Consistently and successfully sources candidates for specific positions. Generates quality leads for Consultants. Completes initial in-depth needs assessment to assess provider’s needs and wants. Effectively utilizes all appropriate sourcing resources available. Determines whether or not to keep contact with provider or turn over a provider to a Consultant for follow-up.…
