About this role

The Manager of eCommerce Business will lead efforts to optimize and grow the eCommerce channel, focusing on both guest-facing and business-enabling features to drive traffic, conversion, check size, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). This role will drive the planning and execution of all owned eCommerce content, collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and deliver forward app and web development, and provide support to owned delivery and third-party marketplace initiatives.
