About this role

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Manages all of Inspire’s company operated restaurants and directs the daily activities of a portion of team members within the Lease Management department in accordance with organization policies and standards. Responsible for all lease admin functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, spearheading projects, and maintaining overall lease compliance for ICR, to help protect and safeguard Inspire’s real estate assets. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing three (3) direct reports within the Lease Management department with an average of 500+ restaurant locations each, which includes oversight of the work and duties each team member handles in their region.…
