POSITION SUMMARY Maintain and monitor the corporate and restaurant network, security, and computing platforms to ensure current enterprise needs are met. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor, troubleshoot, engineer, and resolve issues across large WAN/LAN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems. Coordinate and implement network changes, including configuration development and deployment. Compile and analyze network performance and utilization metrics and reports.
