Sublease Management Coordinator

Maintain and coordinate certain Sublease Management functions for all Inspire Brands restaurant locations leased or subleased to a Franchisee or Third Party tenant to help protect and safeguard its real estate assets and revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all prime landlord and subtenant change requests for the sublease portfolio which includes promptly reviewing the documentation (deed, lease assignment, address changes, etc.) to ensure we have the complete ownership title chain; timely process all changes through supplier maintenance to ensure the continued accuracy of prime landlord and subtenant notice and remittance information. Create and update the CoStar Table of Contents for the subleased portfolio.…
