The Debt Capital Markets Team at Inspire is at the heart of our financial strategy and is the financial engine that fuels our portfolio’s growth and stability. Managing over $11.5 billion in fixed and floating rate debt – including Whole Business Securitizations and Term Loans – we oversee 20+ debt tranches with a weighted average coupon under 5% and maturities extending through 2033.
