Job Description: Oversees the Infant Feeding Preparation Room (IFPR) operations to ensure the safe, accurate and effective intake, preparation, storage, and distribution of all infant feedings. Performs a variety of tasks related to the management of the IFPR and the preparation and delivery of human milk, pasteurized donor human milk, and infant/pediatric formulas and transfer of patient feeding order information. Supervisor will greet and interact with internal and external IFPR customers. Supervisor must adhere to all food safety/sanitation regulation and standards established by the hospital and regulatory agencies. Responsible for the safe and effective operation of equipment needed to prepare infant/pediatric feedings and maintain sanitation in the preparation room.…
