About this role

Job Description: The primary role is to develop the Medical Assistant Teams and Medical Assistant Leads at SCL Health Medical Group Clinics with a focus on workflows, protocols and team building and development. This role will strongly collaborate with the Clinic Managers and partner with Process Improvement, Ambulatory Informatics, Pharmacy and other system resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide ongoing development, coaching, and support for Medical Assistants (MAs). Develop and maintain orientation, education, and training materials for MAs and Lead MAs.
