Job Description: About this role: As a seasoned Nephrologist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide high-quality inpatient nephrology care through telehealth, while serving as an accessible and collaborative resource to physicians, APPs, and other members of the care team. 100% remote position. Provide nephrology consultations across the ED, inpatient units, ICUs, rehabilitation facilities, and inpatient dialysis, while supporting transitions of care. Manage urgent and emergent nephrology needs in real time, including kidney replacement therapy, severe electrolyte abnormalities, rapidly worsening AKI, volume overload, and ICU-level concerns.…
