Job Description Main Duties & Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Responsibilities Have excellent subject knowledge, including the ability to stretch the most able learners at KS5. Have an in-depth knowledge of examination requirements and specifications taught. Use all available contextual data to plan learning to meet the needs of all learners. Be a responsive teacher, adapting practice where necessary to ensure all students make progress. Provide appropriate challenge to all learners, including those identified as More Able and Talented. Support students with additional learning needs and English Language Learners while maintaining high expectations. Undertake a range of formative and summative assessment strategies.
