Director, Transaction Advisory Services (Financial Due Diligence)

The Role Somewhere between a Big 4 TAS practice and a lean boutique firm that punches well above its weight, Intrinsic has built something different. We are a private, independent advisory firm with significant employee ownership, and our Transaction Advisory Services practice sits at the center of how we serve the private equity community. We are looking for a Director to lead financial due diligence engagements from the front: owning the analytical work, leading client conversations, developing junior talent, and contributing to the continued growth of the TAS practice. This is not a title with layers of bureaucracy above it.
