The Role The Vice President in our Transaction Advisory Services practice is where analytical ownership meets engagement coordination. You are the engine of execution on active deals: deep enough in the work to catch what matters, and senior enough to direct the team, shape the output, and serve as a credible point of contact for clients when it counts. This role sits between the execution layer of the Senior Associate and the strategic ownership layer of the Director. That means you are the person who keeps engagements moving with precision, ensures the quality of the databook and report sections before they reach the Director for final review, and develops the junior talent around you through real-time coaching on active deals.…
