About Team The Credit Risk Decision Team is responsible for developing the core decisioning engine that sits at the heart of our digital business. From credit risk strategies and scoring models to affordability assessments and automation solutions, the team delivers products and processes that directly support sustainable growth, portfolio quality, and customer experience across multiple markets. Working closely with Risk, Data, Business and IT teams, we focus on building scalable and intelligent decisioning capabilities that balance growth, customer experience and risk management.
