About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – Contract Management & Legal Operations to join its Legal function in Malta. Working closely with the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will provide commercially focused legal advice and support across a broad range of day-to-day legal matters, while helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. A key part of the role will be taking ownership of contract management and legal operations , including improving legal processes, governance frameworks and internal procedures.
