Job Description Summary: The Manager, KVC/KISS Stays Operations & Hospitality is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational readiness, presentation, hospitality standards, and overall guest experience of KISS Vision Center (KVC) and KISS Stays. This role serves as the primary onsite operational leader supporting accommodations, executive visits, corporate events, and retreat programs while overseeing facility presentation, housekeeping operations, caretaker activities, and property enhancement initiatives. The position works closely with reservation coordinators, event planners, culinary teams, vendors, and property management partners to ensure KVC consistently delivers an exceptional hospitality experience for employees, executives, and guests.…
