Job Purpose The Senior Sales Trainer is responsible for formulating product and sales training programs for all wholesalers across all channels, including Internal Wholesaler Trainees. This individual will design, produce, and deliver instructional programs including the preparation of written and visual training materials, experiential exercises, and exams. In addition, the Senior Sales Trainer will collaborate with key stakeholders, Digital Learning Specialists, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver comprehensive training programs.
